Six week mentorship program includes:
- One 45 minute live call per week (using Zoom video - recordings will be provided)
- Bonus 7th call to close the mentorship program and celebrate your journey
- Weekly "homework" suggestions (including journal prompts, meditations, suggested reading, etc.)

In THE PATH OF WELL-BEING Anjale will guide you in creating a fully customized daily, weekly, and monthly ritual practice that supports the fullness of your being. In each live weekly call you will experience personalized intuitive meditations with Anjale that will deepen your connection to your Spirit - the source of your vibrancy and life force. Learn visualizations for grounding, clearing, and protection of your energy field. Tap into your intuition to discover the meditation, movement, mindfulness and mantra practices that will best serve your wellness journey. Uncover your unconscious energy drains and seek out the things that light you up. Choose what ignites your aliveness. Become a fierce chaser of beauty and self-love.Your well-being is the foundation upon which thriving a life of purpose is built. Thank-you for putting in the work to fortify the essence of your being and share the fullness of yourself with the world.
Customized topics may include (and are not limited to) establishing a meditation practice, soul journaling, creating sacred space, identifying energy drains and what lights you up, developing rituals around the moon cycles or key events in your personal life, sleep health, yoga and movement, intuitive eating, body image, radical self-love, exploring the chakra systems, Shamanic Journeying, and deepening your intuition.

Your own experience of High Vibe Mentorship will be customized each week, so if more than one path appeals to you (because the expansiveness of your being cannot be contained!) just let Anjale know in your introductory call and she will help you to find your way, with a lot of love and a little happy dance.
